The Grilled Cheese Sandwich, comfort food, these hanging pieces vary in size from less than a foot to over eleven foot long. The largest of these was part of an commission I installed at the IUPUI Library. The smallest one is now in a private collection. Anyone need an eleven foot long by six foot tall grilled cheese sandwich? This has to “WOW” factor….
